The approach behind FORCE coaching

Personalized recovery, training context and guidance you can review.

Personalized recovery comes first

FORCE can develop a more individual ready point for each muscle as useful training history accumulates. In the app, you can see whether it is learning, still observing or showing a personal ready point. This context supports coaching as well as the recovery view.

Personalization is not instant, and not every muscle will have enough useful history at the same time. Recovery remains an estimate. Explore personalized recovery.

Guidance across the training experience

Coach Guided helps you review a next session. Program Adjustments keep a saved plan connected to recorded training. Daily Coach brings useful context together, while in-workout guidance helps you review the next exercise or set.

These capabilities are designed to support decisions at different moments in your routine. You remain in control of what you train.

A connected training record

Training history, effort, program context, nutrition and body records live in FORCE. Different features use the information relevant to their purpose. Keeping entries accurate makes the record more useful.

Force AI is part of the app

Force AI adds conversation and supported, reviewable proposals inside FORCE. It is included with Pro+. Check advice and proposed entries before acting on them.

What the evidence means

We check software behavior internally and distinguish those checks from evidence of real-world training outcomes. We do not claim that software checks constitute clinical validation or prove better results than another app. Read the quality overview.

Use estimates with context

Recovery, estimated strength and goal projections are not direct physiological measurements. The app does not know everything affecting your training. Review recommendations alongside your own circumstances.
