Force is a workout tracking and coaching app. We use your information to create your account, sync your training data, deliver coaching features, manage subscriptions, and keep the service reliable and secure.

- Profile and fitness information such as height, weight, gender, training goals, preferred training frequency, and priority muscle groups.
- Workout information such as exercises, sets, reps, loads, notes, timers, templates, programs, recovery signals, and related training history.

- Apple Watch and device sync information when you connect or sync wearable workout data.
- AI coaching content, including chat prompts, responses, and related usage metadata.
- Subscription, entitlement, and purchase-status information needed to manage paid access.
- Technical information such as push-notification tokens, request logs, crash reports, and basic device or app diagnostics.
How We Use Information
- Provide core features such as logging workouts, restoring history, syncing data, and showing progress.

- Manage subscriptions, trials, account access, and customer support requests.

When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run Force, such as infrastructure, authentication, database, subscription, push-notification, error-monitoring, and AI-processing providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, or asset transfer.
AI Features
If you use AI coaching or chat features, the prompts and context you submit may be processed by third-party model providers acting on our behalf in order to generate responses.
AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for emergency, medical, or other high-risk decisions.
Payments and Subscription Data
Purchases made through Apple are billed by Apple. We and our subscription infrastructure providers receive the subscription status and entitlement information needed to grant or restore access, but we do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
Retention and Your Choices
- You can review and update account details inside the app.
- You can export supported account data from the app.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the app.
- You can disable notifications in the app or device settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain security and fraud-prevention records.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Force is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
